Yum! Just made this for my Rosh Hashana menu. I’ve been ‘taste testing’ so much of it this may not make it to dinner! My new favorite condiment/appetizer and so easy!

I have a question. Can this be stored in a jar, in the cupboard, like a normal chutney, or would you recommend leaving the olive oil out?
Vicky and Ruth
Unless you are planning on canning it, we recommend that you store it in the fridge.
Chana
Can this be made ahead of time and frozen?
Vicky and Ruth
Yes, this chutney freezer well.
