Gluten Free S'mores bars #gluten free, #kosher #parve #chocolate #s'mores #dessert #marshmallows

When life  (or in this case, Manischewitz) gives you gluten free crackers, you have a few options: snack on them, eat them with cheese, use them as a transportation device for your favorite dip, crumble them on top of stuff...

Or... you can turn them into a super awesome dessert, like S'mores bars. The kind of  S'mores that  you can make right at home, whenever you want, without having to worry about what the weather is like outside.

These mess free bars are gluten and dairy free, but trust us on this, no one will notice the difference.

We spiced the crackers with cinnamon to make the "graham cracker" crust and made a decadent ganache to go on top. So creamy and chocolatey that will melt in your mouth. The toasted gooey marshmallows will keep the  kids (and adults)  coming back for more...

The secret here? Use a very good quality dark chocolate. Makes all the difference in the world!!

Enjoy 🙂

Welcome!

We are Vicky & Ruth, authors of the vegan cookbook Tahini and Turmeric. Born and raised in a multicultural Jewish-Lebanese-Spanish household our culinary journey began in Barcelona, Spain where we learned from our family the rich flavors of Lebanon, Turkey, Israel, Morocco, and Spain. From our mother's fragrant Lebanese dishes to our grandmother's secret Sephardic Turkish specialties, our Moroccan friend's fragrant recipes, our sister's vibrant Israeli creations, and our neighbor's authentic Spanish fare, each dish was a key that unlocked new exciting yumminess.
