Description

Made with pineapple, mango and coconut this green smoothie will transport you to a tropical island until you are able to get there yourself.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut (shredded or flakes)
  • 1 medium-size frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2-3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth

Notes

  1. You can pre-measure all the ingredients the night before, place them in a freezer bag in your freezer and just add liquid and blend in the morning
