Description

Spice up your holiday table with these Roasted Green Beans & Fresh cranberries with Dukkah, that are quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 1- 24oz bag frozen french green beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 - 1/4 tsp red hot pepper flakes (depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Dukkah

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberries, vegetable oil and confectioners sugar. Set aside
  3. Spread green beans evenly on lined baking sheet. Add olive oil and mix well to coat. Add cranberries, salt, pepper, hot red pepper flakes and thyme and toss well
  4. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes
  5. Sprinkle Dukkah on top before serving
