Spice up your holiday table with these Roasted Green Beans & Fresh cranberries with Dukkah, that are quick and easy to make.

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp confectioners sugar
- 1- 24oz bag frozen french green beans or fresh green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 - 1/4 tsp red hot pepper flakes (depending on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Dukkah

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a small bowl, mix cranberries, 1 tsp of olive oil, and confectioner sugar. Set aside
- Spread green beans evenly on a lined baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes, mix well to coat. Add cranberries, salt, and toss well
- Bake at 375ºF for 30-40 minutes until done to your liking. For fresh green beans check after 30 minutes. Green beans should be slightly chewy, but not dried out.
- Sprinkle Dukkah on top before serving
