Roasted Green Beans With Fresh Cranberries & Dukkah

Description

Spice up your holiday table with these Roasted Green Beans & Fresh cranberries with Dukkah, that are quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp confectioners sugar
  • 1- 24oz bag frozen french green beans or fresh green beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 - 1/4 tsp red hot pepper flakes (depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Dukkah

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberries, 1 tsp of olive oil, and confectioner sugar. Set aside
  3. Spread green beans evenly on a lined baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes, mix well to coat. Add cranberries, salt, and toss well
  4. Bake at 375ºF for 30-40 minutes until done to your liking.  For fresh green beans check after 30 minutes.  Green beans should be slightly chewy, but not dried out. 
  5. Sprinkle Dukkah on top before serving
