Description

Launch your Fourth of July activities with our red, white, and blue vegan overnight oats – delicious, healthy, and a perfect way to start the holiday or any morning when you need an extra kick of energy and vitamins.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (here we used this one )
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Sliced strawberries and blueberries to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the milk, maple syrup and tahini in a large bowl. Add the oats and chia seeds and mix well
  2. Layer the fruit and oat mixture in a large cup or mason jar and refrigerate overnight. Top with more berries and a drizzle of tahini (optional)
