  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/3 cup plus one tablespoon GO VEGGIE Plain Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until well combined. Roll the dough into balls, working with approximately a tablespoon and a half of mixture at a time. Refrigerate until ready to eat
