Golden Milk
- 2 cups of unsweetened plant-based milk of your choice (soy, cashew, almond, oat, coconut, etc)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp finely ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground Cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground Cardamom
- Sweetener of choice, to taste. You can use maple syrup, agave, honey, date sugar, coconut sugar, or regular sugar.
Golden Milk Spice mix
- 1/3 cup Turmeric powder
- 1/3 cup ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Ginger powder
- 2 tsp finely ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp ground Cloves
- 2 tsp ground Cardamom
Instructions
Golden Milk
- Whisk all the spices into the plant-based milk.
- Heat on low heat in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Sweeten to taste
- Drink warm or hot.
Golden Milk Spice Mix
- Mix all the spices and place them in a jar.
- Whisk 1 1/2 tsp of powder per cup of plant-based milk.
- Heat on low heat in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Sweeten to taste
- Drink warm or hot.
