This balsamic dressing is the perfect complement to all kinds of healthy dishes. Our homemade balsamic vinaigrette gives any meal a bright burst of tartness while adding plenty of flavor and creaminess.

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Place all the ingredients in a glass jar fitted with a tight lid. Close the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Alternatively, combine mustards in a medium bowl. Drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until creamy. Whisk in lemon juice and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
  3. Store dressing in the fridge for a week to 10 days.
