This balsamic dressing is the perfect complement to all kinds of healthy dishes. Our homemade balsamic vinaigrette gives any meal a bright burst of tartness while adding plenty of flavor and creaminess.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tbsp brown mustard
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a glass jar fitted with a tight lid. Close the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are combined.
- Alternatively, combine mustards in a medium bowl. Drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until creamy. Whisk in lemon juice and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Store dressing in the fridge for a week to 10 days.
