Ingredients

- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise to expose the seeds
- 1/4 cup scotch (or to taste)
Instructions
- Combine apple cider, cinnamon stick and vanilla bean in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium low heat for about 10 minutes
- Remove from heat, take out the vanilla bean and cinnamon stick and add whiskey. Serve warm
