Quick & Easy Halvah “Truffles”

  • 1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey, agave or maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted pistachios


  1. Whisk together tahini and honey, agave or maple syrup. Add coconut flour and mix well. Add confectioner’s sugar and chopped pistachios and mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated (it’s best if you use your hands here!)
  2. Roll the dough into approximately 16 balls and freeze until they harden
