Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana, sliced
  • 3/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp beet powder (to taste, see note)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth

Notes

If you like a milder beet flavor, use 1/2 tablespoon or less of powder
The smoothie will be pretty thick. You can add water or extra coconut water to thin it out
