Description

Our spin on mango salsa is a fresh, crunchy, and healthy addition to a BBQ,  a yummy topping on your tacos or favorite protein!


Ingredients

4 cups diced jicama

3 Ataulfo mangoes, peeled and diced

1 Granny Smith apple, diced

2 tsp chili lime seasoning

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Lemon or lime juice to taste

1/4 tsp salt, or to taste


Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve
