Ingredients

- 2 cups plain non fat Greek Yogurt ( we use Chobani)
- 2- 15oz cans pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp dark brown sugar (we use Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Dark Brown Sugar)
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
- 16 ginger snaps, crushed
- 8 tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, and pumpkin puree.
- In a small bowl, mix water and brown sugar until dissolved. Poor into pumpkin mixture, add maple syrup and spice and mix well
- Spoon into 8 bowls, reserving 8 tablespoons. Top with crushed ginger snaps, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin mixture and 1 tablespoon chopped pecans per bowl
