Ginger Pear Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 4 6-ounce ramekins with coconut oil (you can also use cooking spray)
  2. Combined diced pears, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup, lemon juice and ginger in a medium size bowl and toss well
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all the topping ingredients. Mix well using a fork or your fingers
  4. Fill the ramekins with the diced pears and sprinkle the topping on top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
