Semolina Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup semolina flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a sauce pan. Cook at medium heat until it thickens.
  2. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Cut into 20 rectangular pieces.
