We like to buy Za'atar in bulk because we use it often. You can find in a local middle eastern stores, Amazon or Whole Foods next to the spices. https://www.amazon.com/Ziyad-Green-Zaatar-Thyme-16/dp/B004PBZJF6/ref=sr_1_8_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1504101165&sr=8-8&keywords=za%27atar, https://www.amazon.com/USimplySeason-Zaatar-Zatar-Zahtar-Seasoning/dp/B00N4TQXDW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1504101051&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=zaatar&th=1

Came across this recipe while searching for unique dip recipes. Beautiful pictures of a delicious appetizer. I will probably add this tapenade as topping to your caprese pasta turning it into a Mediterranean-middle east fusion of sorts. I love zaatar and peri peri, and having been finding ways to sneak in either blend in every dip or chutney I make, as love the dance of flavors. Finding pure and quality zaatar can be tricky as most brands in the market often lack that crucial ingredient that provides the original flavor — real zaatar herb, and in good portion. After searching around for a quality mix with enough zaatar, sumac and sesame seeds, I found this online store - http://www.eatzaatar.com. Their blends contain 30% of Lebanese zaatar herb.
