  • 1 large french baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  1. Dice the baguette and place in a large bowl
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Spread the bread cubes on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil in one single layer
  3. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve on top of the gazpacho.
