These look great and will definitely try them out. I've never seen coconut flour (in Australia). If I can't find it, is there an alternative?
Many thanks 🙂

Hi Joanne! You can try almond flour instead. Just watch for the consistency. Because coconut flour is a little dryer, you might need to slightly increase the amount if you're using almond flour. Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions!

Looks so pretty! Are they served straight from the freezer?
Vicky & Ruth says
Yes, they are much better straight from the freezer! Enjoy!

These look so beautiful and delicious. Is coconut flour different from ground coconut? Somehow I can't seem to find coconut flour, but always have ground coconut (unsweetened) in the pantry; can I substitute?
Thank you very much for all your gorgeous recipes.

Hi!
Coconut flour is made from ground coconut meat, but as opposed to ground coconut, some of the fat has been taken out. It has a more "floury" texture and it's definitely drier than ground coconut. You can definitely try substituting, but the amount needed will probably increase slightly and the texture will change a little bit. Hope this helps... Let us know how they turn out if you try it!!
